Rodoula is a lawyer in Cyprus and holds a license to practice law. She is a certified insolvency advisor, a certified mediator, and a certified mediator trainer accredited by ADR Group and ADR Hellenic, respectively.

She is also a member and secretary of the Mediation Subcommittee of the Cyprus Bar Association and an experienced negotiator. She holds certification in negotiation programs from Harvard Law School and has participated in various international mediation and negotiation competitions as a judge.

Rodoula also serves as Assistant Secretary of the Family Mediation Association.
